RETURN & REFUND POLICY

OVERCMR strives to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return practices.

Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

  • Return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following are non-returnable if used or unsealed:

  • Yoga mats
  • Lifting straps can be returned
Return Process

To initiate a return, contact sales@gscetrade.com with your order ID, reason for return, and
supporting images. Returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
after inspection of the good received

Damaged or Defective Products

If a damaged or defective product is received, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos.
